How to sell Airtime

 Once you have purchased the "Business SIM Solution ", your sim card is registered on the Network. The following is the sales process. Please note that we have a secure PC based option should you require this.

To start selling airtime:
  • Dial *130*678# from your phone (free SMS access).
  • You will receive the following menu options.

     
How to Sell

  • The customer / family member / friend will receive the airtime via SMS.
  • The seller receives SMS to confirm the airtime has been delivered.
  • Always confirm the customer / family member / friends cellphone number.

Important Info

  • Vodacom recharges - The customers balance will be updated automatically - The customer will receive a SMS confirmation.
  • Vodacom you are able to sell R12 – R999 airtime (R1 bundles).
  • MTN, CellC and Telkom - The customer will receive an airtime pin number to enter before the airtime is recharged.
  • You receive a copy of the pin; keep the copy SMS to you until the customer has recharged by entering the pin you sent tothem.
  • It is important to help the customer capture MTN and CellC pins to ensure they have received the airtime.
  • You receive a reference number that you are able to follow-up with the Smartload call centre 082 241 4949 if you have made a mistake.
  • ALWAYS confirm the customers cellphone number before you send the airtime.
